What's your point? That article is just a sales pitch for a few Business Partners. Hardly a strategy white paper.

The original question asked was what skills do I need for the next 10 years? Apart from all the comments about 10 years being an eternity in IT, the resounding reply has been Lotus is going J2EE, J2EE is going to be adopted by the whole world (except Microsoft) so if you want to skill yourself up for the next few years, learn Java & JSP technology.
